The Root Chakra ❤️
It is our foundation, the energy centre that grounds us, connects us to the earth & helps us to feel safe & secure in the world.

Located at the base of the spine, the Root Chakra is associated with feelings of stability, survival, safety & belonging.

When this chakra is balanced we feel grounded, calm & supported by life.
We trust that our basic needs will be met and feel connected to our physical body & the world around us. 🦋

When the Root Chakra is out of balance, we may experience feelings of fear, anxiety, insecurity, or being “ungrounded.” Life can feel unstable or overwhelming.

Some gentle ways to support and balance the Root Chakra include:
🌿 Spending time in nature
🌿 Walking barefoot on the earth
🌿 Meditation and grounding practices
🌿 Working with red crystals such as garnet, red jasper or ruby
