Victorian Rental Vacancy Rates Remain Tight.
The latest REIV figures for June 2026 show rental vacancy rates remain low across Victoria:

Metropolitan Melbourne: 2.7% (up from 2.5% a year ago)
Regional Victoria: 2.4% (up from 1.9% a year ago)

While these figures are challenging for many renters, the search can be even more difficult for people living with disability, who often need housing that is not only available but also accessible, suitable for their support needs, and the right fit for long-term living.

Because great homes don’t start with bricks… they start with the right people.
At Living Well Solutions, we’re looking for the right group of participants with SDA funding to create something truly special.

Whether you’re friends who’d like to live together, a couple, a family, or a small group, we’d love to hear from you.

Rather than moving into an existing home, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of the journey from concept through to construction and move-in, helping create a home designed around the people who will live there.

We’re looking to build within approximately two hours of Melbourne and will design the home around the successful participants’ needs and SDA design category. We also welcome enquiries from participants who may wish to explore Appendix H

From 1 July 2026, the NDIS Pricing Arrangements were updated.

These changes set the maximum prices for many NDIS-funded supports, helping to create more consistent pricing across Australia and ensure participants receive fair, transparent value.

If you have any questions about how these updates may affect your plan or supports, speak with your provider, Support Coordinator, or Plan Manager.
