Through my own healing journey, I have found sound and energetic healing to be the most potent and life changing. be unheard and therefore disempowered. The heartache and sadness made me feel depleted. I decided I wanted to change how I viewed life and myself by doing the inner work. This weekend I was down with a lurgy. It’s been a long while since I’ve been unwell. My body was telling me to rest! Sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is rest! 💫
