It’s been a ROUGH start to 2026 🥴
Safe to say I’m sooooo ready for this fire horse energy!!

For those that don’t know I was diagnosed in 2021 with an autoimmune disease called ulcerative colitis. I don’t love talking about it because I don’t want people to think less of me. I put in a lotttt of effort to try to treat it naturally and I have had really high highs but still had really low lows and I was really down on myself for that. It’s taken me a long time to come to terms that maybe it’s ok to ‘fail’. I wanted so badly to prove that I could be different, I could heal naturally no drugs, doing what I was told was impossible. I’ve had to come to realise that sometimes we just need a lil bit of help to get us through and that’s ok. I still intend on proving that you CAN heal naturally, I don’t know how long it’s going to take but I believe I will get there.

I have so many exciting plans for my future, ones that entail healing and helping the community. I want to share the things that have given me hope and light in dark times. For now though I have to take things slow and with intention and then in time I hope these things will come to fruition ✨

As does every year, my 2025 most certainly had its ups and downs.

I see so many people so eager for time to pass and for this year to be over but the truth is that ✨ everything happens for a reason✨ probably the most over used true thing anyone could say right? But with hardship comes learning, evolution and opportunity for change which is a beautiful thing.

Through every whirlwind that has come past this year they have pushed me to be exactly who and where I am meant to be 🌿

Please remember that social media only shows the light and fluffy parts, be kind to all 💫🧡

Had a cutesy celebration with my work mates .wa 💫
My mum made the CUTEST cake everrr and I was gifted a sound healing session that was beyond amazing 🙏
Anddd to top it all off bought tickets to cuddle some of the cutest cows I’ve ever seen 🥹🧡

Thank you so much to all that made this lap around the sun extra special I love you all and I’m very very grateful 🥹🙏💕✨
