Little Petals Wellbeing Helping parents & children bond & grow together in the early years, through baby massage, baby yoga, and developmental play.

Our courses use nurturing touch, music, & play to aid development, create connections & help families feel supported. I am a mum to an 8, 6, & 3 year old. I am a qualified baby massage & baby yoga instructor, & have experience in Lamaze childbirth education. Little Petals Wellbeing aims to provide workshops and courses to the local community to nurture the bond between parents and their children through massage, gentle yoga stretches, songs, & play development.

We’re kicking off a special 4-week Mum Club Mini Series THIS Thursday and we’d love a few more Mums + babes to join us.

And because we really want you to come and give it a go…

Four Thursdays with the same group of Mums, giving you the chance to actually get to know each other rather than starting from scratch every week.

Baby Massage Foundations | 4-Week Program

Baby massage is so much more than learning a few massage strokes -it’s a beautiful way to slow down, connect with your baby and learn to respond to their cues through nurturing touch.

Across 4 weeks, you’ll learn a range of simple massage techniques for your baby, including routines for the legs, tummy, chest, arms and face, while exploring how to create a calm and positive massage experience.
We’ll also talk about baby’s cues, relaxation, connection and the many ways nurturing touch can support your baby’s early development.

Starting Tuesday 25th August
Suitable for babies from newborn to 6 months
4 weeks of learning, connection & nurturing touch

Come along, learn something new and create a beautiful little ritual you can enjoy together at home.

Friday 10:30am–12:30pm: Play & Pause
A relaxed space to play, connect and enjoy some slower moments together.
Only $20 per family (a light morning tea provided)
