There’s been a few new faces in this space, so I thought it was time for a little reintroduction ✨

I’m Poppy Sophia, Energy Medicine practitioner, mystic & teacher of the subtle & healing arts 🪽 🌬️ ✨

Born & raised in West London, I’ve living in Australia for almost 14 years (bar a little hiatus during COVID when I went back to the UK to connect with my roots 🌱 )

My love for every healing begun in 2013 when a dear friend recommended I attend a Reiki level 1 training in London. I’d never even heard of Reiki at that point but I loved & trusted her so booked myself straight in.
At that time I was dancing my way around London, working guest lists on doors, running VIP areas in 24 hour clubs and living my best dopamine filled life.

After hitting rock bottom after the loss of my beloved Grandmother & the end of a 5 years relationship, I knew that if I stayed doing what I was doing that I wouldn’t make it to 30.

Luckily, Reiki came into my life and changed everything. I stepped away from the substances that I had been heavily addicted to and begun to meditate and practice healing on myself and anybody who would let me.

Somehow, I found myself on a plane to Sydney with a 1 way ticket with the intention to find some closure with said boy.

That closure never happened but I ended up on the trip of a lifetime, getting stuck (and eventually kicked out) of a Osho cult on the East Coast, fell in love, moved to Melbourne, got engaged, built my first Reiki business Om Chi Reiki, called off the engagement and eventually have found myself here as a new mother, older, wiser and more grounded than ever before.

I help people find their footing in a world that sometimes feels like it’s spinning out of control, offering my projector insight to help guide & support those on the path of the Healer. One of my strongest gifts is my ability to decode archetypal language offered from the subtle vibrations of the Deities that watch over us.

I help to create spaces of energetic alchemy for those who are open to deep transformation through vibrational medicine.

Through practical training & mystical insight, our students activate their deepest potential to retrieve parts of themselves that might have been lost over lifetimes.

As we move through the world, navigating endings & loss while simultaneously breathing life into new timelines, the heart remains steady, consistent, ever-present & ever-loving.

Relationships end, identities dissolve, what felt good once maybe doesn’t feel so good anymore, & that’s ok because there is no road map to this life.

To be able to zoom out,
To put our hands on our body and to observe the current of creation as it moves through and around us is a gift in itself.

We are mostly water,💧
In a constant state of transformation.

How kind we can be to ourselves in the present moment, as we walk through these portals dictates the future, & really is the only bit of control that we have.

The journey is only just beginning 🌀🌸🪄
