On the third of the month, six women gathered in the woods.

Tucked away in the trees, we spent the day in gentle ceremony, celebrating the elements + the wisdom that lives deep within our bodies.

For some of the women, this was their second time receiving their Seichim attunements, for others, it was the first time meeting the medicine in this way.

We sung to the waters + gathered under the ancient Sycamore tree, anchoring our prayers + dreams deep into the earths grid.

This was the first time I’ve ever offered level 1
+ together, + it was potent.

The second level attunements were a pure transmutation of Source - to be a vessel + receive them is an act of radical trust in the unseen reals.

We are standing on the edge of something great with these gifts - the call for more empowered, resources healers, light workers + shadow workers is loud.

What we invest in our Light-Warrior training,
Comes back to us 10 fold.

“A little love letter to every client who’s ever let me hold space for them.”

I’ve offered Reiki + Seichim sessions from a hundred different spaces, including some of the most beautiful treatment rooms I’ve ever seen (including my own).

I’ve held people downstairs in the garage of my parents’ house in London, wedged between a 1964 Land Rover and a row of ancient motorbikes.

Front rooms, garden sheds, float centres, in fields, on beaches, under trees and even on a boat.

I’ve held people as they move through huge portals in their lives — leaving jobs, starting businesses, navigating divorce, moving countries, having children…

I’ve pulled entities out of HR managers, helped anchor spirit babies in the wombs of their mothers, supported tradies as they navigate toxic work environments, and guided highly sensitive children to help them feel safer in their bodies.

I’ve watched people howl on my table. Wiped away tears. Often cried with them.

We’ve laughed together hysterically, screamed together, danced and shouted at the beauty of it all.

I’ve attended the weddings of my clients, been to baby blessings, and was even there when one of my students bought her first house.

My clients have watched me begin and end relationships, build and destroy businesses, move houses and countries countless times, and most recently, become a mama.

This medicine has connected me with the most magical of souls, all over the world, and I am so, so grateful for you all.

This is an ode to you, my friends.

Wherever I go,
She is there -

reminding me that I am a living, breathing map of my ancestors’ stories,
packaged perfectly into a vessel of carbon and water.

That no matter what, I am loved, and my experience matters.
That I am held, unconditionally, by the unseen realms.
That my life is mine to weave.

Seichim is the breath of the Mother - a stream of luminous consciousness that encourages everything to align.

She teaches us the art of descent, and reminds us that our roots matter as much as our flowers.

Seichim is heart medicine for the ancestral wounds of separation, destruction, displacement, abandonment, and oppression. Its healing tends to the darkest places in our psyche, breathing light into cycles of pain and grief.

It is an ancient energy system, woven by the medicine people who tend to liminal spaces - thresholds, and places of transformation.

Organic. Light-based. Ancient. Deeply nourishing.

The attunements let more light into the body, infusing this frequency into everything you touch.

It is the energy of Mother Sekhmet - She who destroys all that is not true - a gateway initiation into the temple of Isis.
