The Living Soul Retreat
August 2026 🙏

16/05/2026

A weekend of transformation, connection, restorative healing and integration, through breathwork, yoga, family constellation workshop, art therapy, meditation and sound healing this weekend will leave you feeling renewed, reclaimed and reconnected to your living soul. Come join like minded souls for a deeper sense of inner connection, somatic intelligence, emotional empowerment and psycho-spiritual integration.

This retreat is an intentional offering that will be integrating experiential modalities and workshops for you to gain greater insight into the patterns that hold you back. These core thoughts unconsciously or subconsciously continue to play out your old stories and beliefs.
You can not access these through talk therapy as this is beyond the mental mind. The gifts of experiential altered state experiences gives you access to these shadow parts that long to be felt and expressed allowing you to meet yourself on a deeper level.

When we are together we can hold things that we cannot hold on our own, we can feel things that we cannot feel on our own…..gathering with soul travellers is an ancient practice. We do it because we know that connection is healing and through this connection we open to something greater.

When we are together we can hold things that we cannot hold on our own, we can feel things we cannot feel on our own…..gathering with other soul travellers is an ancient practice. We do it because something inside knows that connection is healing and through this connection we open to something greater.

The theme of this retreat is Flow and not Force it does not have to be hard to awaken to who you really are and who you are done being

The weaving is an intentional offering through ceremonial breathwork, sound healing, multidimensional meditation, family constellations, yoga, movement and connection. All meals will be provided by our own personal chef and prepared using local produce.

I am delighted to announce that Simone from Dashanti Yoga will be back offering her yoga and
Lisa from The living Story Therapy will also be presenting her Family Constellations work shop

I have held several retreats here over the past few years and I'm delighted to be back and welcoming you into our sacred space. Arriving at Amarant is like being transported into another world, the stillness, the views, the towering ash gums are something to behold and naturally invites you into your presence the perfect state of being for our weekend together.

My Sacred Weekend Retreat in WA a couple of weeks ago was such a beautiful gathering of women who immersed themselves in the medicine of presence

The venue was a gem with stunning ocean views and wild encounters with dolphins really set the tone and an experience that I will treasure for a long time.

Womb/heart breathwork, sound healing, yin yoga meditation and a buriel/ rebirth ceremony on the beach invited the body to open and release what had been stagnant and stored allowing all of us to leave the retreat with a little more magic within and a deeper connection to life.

Big love to Megan Kumnick, Leanne Wallace Holly Radmanovic for all the preparation behind the scenes. And Shelle Belle your Yin Yoga was divine 🙏

My next retreat is 24th - 26th April in Don Valley, Victoria. Dm if you would like to attend.

A beautiful soft tender journey into the womb and heart portals. The intention and focus is to deepen connection with these powerful wisdom wells using conscious connected breathing.

When - 23rd December at 7pm - allow 2hrs

Where - Dashanti Yoga Studio - Mt Evelyn

This is for the women who want to sit and receive the divine exeperience of breathing spirit consciously in and out of the body.

A space to hear the whispers, her calling, the sensations, the deep spiral of magic that radiates from within.

To be rooted and grounded within the primordial wisdom of the womb and deeply connected to the sacred heart space.

To reset and realign the energetic field of your body to support you to slow down, rest and receive.

The transformative power of womb/heart alchemy is feminine embodiment, diving deep into the body wisdom through the somatic unwinding of the nervous system. Slowly and never with force

So looking forward to connecting with you all, we will be celebrating the Summer Solstice, the return of the light, fertile zone and rebirth.

Ceremonial container, using sound, essential oils, connection to the earth, energy healing.

Big love
