💛 Women’s Pain Forum — Women’s Health Week 2026

We are honoured to be facilitating this important conversation during Women’s Health Week 2026, bringing our community together to talk openly about women’s pain , something so many experience, yet so often go unheard.

On 15 September, we’ll gather at the Chelsea Community Hub for an evening of real stories, expert insights, and meaningful discussion on conditions like endometriosis and adenomyosis.

We will be joined by Dr Shaminder Kaur, Laura Scott, and Jacqui Cousins as we explore how advocacy, multidisciplinary care, and community support can change the future of women’s health.

Let’s break the silence, amplify lived experience, and keep pushing for better care for all women.

What would your younger self say about endometriosis?

If I could speak to the younger me, I’d tell her that the pain wasn’t normal, that her voice mattered, and that understanding her body would one day help thousands of women do the same. I’d remind her that silence helps no one, and that awareness saves futures.

Women’s Pain Can’t Be Ignored Any Longer

The momentum at Victoria’s Women’s Pain Forum signalled a real shift. Standing with Parliament Member timrichardsonmp and Health Minister harrietshingmlc , and women’s health advocate Marina Kyriakou made it clear that women’s pain has been overlooked for far too long. The stories shared were powerful and deeply human.

We’re moving beyond awareness. We’ll be working together and taking coordinated, evidence‑based action to address this situation and drive meaningful change in women’s health.
