📢 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 — Mental Health Disability Support Workers (Casual)
📍 Narre Warren & South-East Melbourne

Do you believe people can recover, grow, and live the life they choose — even when life gets hard? 💚

At SESI Support Services, we walk alongside NDIS participants living with mental health challenges. We're not here to fix anyone. We're here to back them, listen, show up, and help them work toward their own goals — in their own way.

We're growing our casual team across Narre Warren and the south-east, and we're looking for support workers who:

✅ Have experience supporting people with mental health conditions — Cert IV in Mental Health, lived experience, or a relevant background
✅ Get the NDIS, and understand what person-centred, recovery-oriented practice actually looks like day-to-day
✅ Stay calm and grounded when things get hard
✅ Are reliable, clear communicators, and can flex across weekends and the occasional sleepover
✅ Hold (or are willing to get) NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and a Police Check
