King's Birthday Office Closure

In observance of the King's Birthday public holiday on Monday, 08 June 2025, the Azure SHCS office will be closed.

As Victoria's geriatrician-led home care provider, we remain committed to the continuity of care for all our participants. Our team has ensured that scheduled services and urgent support needs are covered throughout the holiday period.

We will resume normal office operations on Tuesday, 09 June.

We extend our warmest wishes to our participants, their families, our incredible support workers, and our broader community, enjoy a well-deserved break. 💙

Today, we pause to honour and remember the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.

On this ANZAC Day, we reflect on the values of bravery, mateship, and compassion, values that continue to inspire the way we care for our community every day.
