Battery recharge at the beach ☀️ My eldest’s first night away with friends now that she’s 18 went well, her health cooperated. It was a big deal for me to let go as she’s been struggling a lot over the past week, but everything went smoothly so I can finally relax today and enjoy the sunshine!

Both of mine do. For my 14yo, it's ADHD and severe anxiety, and we're looking at a POTS diagnosis too, potentially. For my 17yo, it's POTS, ME/CFS and FND. She's in a big FND flare-up at the moment and having regular seizures. After last night's seizure, she couldn't move her legs. She hasn't had that FND symptom before - slightly unnerving! After a pretty sleepless night last night, this morning I checked on her and found that she was able to move her legs again. When she wakes up again, we'll test out her walking. Fingers crossed ...
