NDIS Provider Shoutout: Care With Dignity

Karen Thomas focuses on providing supports in the City of Casey in both SIL and Complex Care. With a nursing background of over 20 years, she understands how to provide appropriate complex care supports, as well as mental health supports to participants who were not understood.

Care with Dignity only supports Complex and Mental Health Women, over the ages of 21, a reason as to why Care with Dignity began, as she saw the misunderstanding that was occurring for women in that demographic and wanted to make a difference.

The Disability Connection presents to you: The Family InfoExpo!

Personalised Support Services and Alkira are bringing our families in and out of the NDIS space an opportunity to learn what is out there, how to navigate their plans and how to apply for the NDIS. With support from other leading NDIS providers, we create a theatre-based expo style setup for a night to remember!

For those that know of families or individuals who need assistance with the NDIS, whether that is an application, service hunting or information, this is the event you want to connect them with.

⭐️ The Disability Connection is pleased to present the Accommodation Luncheon Series!

This is an opportunity for NDIS Professionals, who work within the accommodation space, to come together over a meal, and assist each other with filling accommodation vacancies within the sector. The NDIS Accommodation space is growing, and with a postcode ban on housing builds in place, there isn’t a better time to come together!

🎟️ Ticket options are below, with multiple options across lunch and locations across Victoria. Please note, those who are wanting to attend, must own or occupy a vacant or capacity-available accommodation within the sector. That way, it keeps the goals and purpose moving positively.
