Simple Rituals to Reset Your Soul… Your safe space to connect, create and heal.

Often we have physical symptoms and behaviours we can’t understand… often these stem from overactive or underactive energy centres in our body called Chakras.

In the Sunday Soul Rest, I hold space at my Studio to nurture and nourish you through learning about the energy centres, identifying and meeting you where you are currently at and teaching you the rituals to begin the rebalancing practice.

The aim is to identify the root cause and begin rewiring the emotional state to break the patterns we are cycling in.

This is an intimate group setting to feel safe, feel seen and held.

Join one or join each month. Sunday Mornings 10am -1pm. Limited to 5 people per session.

Session includes guided meditation, crystal healing, creative expression, breath rituals and connection with like-minded souls.

A blank page can feel daunting.. I wanted to be a “gratitude journal girl”.

But I always had trouble writing in school.. I grew up right handed.. but I think I should have been a lefty!
Messy handwriting.
Pain in wrists. Overthinking every word. Avoiding it completely.

Words have always felt… heavy
