Happy New Year 2024 to everyone! 🥳🎆

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas.🎄

I have been in total relaxation mode, really enjoying slowing down, going for walks to the beach, spending time with family, friends and loved ones.

GOING ON VACATION!!!

I will be away on Vacation from Saturday 20th May-18th June.

First day back in clinic is Saturday 24th June.

Things I’m currently doing to support my Health 🥰
🫶🏻Seeing my GP for a check up; blood test, blood pressure check.
🫶🏻Doing yoga classes twice per week (1 hour per class)
🫶🏻Brisk walking on my morning and afternoon tea break at work (30min)
🫶🏻Seeing an Osteopath for an adjustment, to support my neck, shoulders, hips, reduce headaches.
🫶🏻Focusing on my breath
🫶🏻Using a sit-stand desk at work
🫶🏻Resting when I’m tired
🫶🏻Not over committing myself
🫶🏻Being organized with meal planning
🫶🏻Packing my lunch box to work
🫶🏻Drinking filtered water daily
🫶🏻Making sure I’m getting 8 hours of sleep.
🫶🏻Spending time in nature

BIG 📣 ANNOUNCEMENT 📣 !!!

Healing from Within Naturopathy is officially moving to online and phone consultations!!

We had our last day of in person appointments today.

We will miss our Berwick community, we will be taking all of the wonderful memories and lessons with us.

Traveling is definitely on the cards this year.

Looking forward to what this year brings and we’re excited for this new chapter.

Also, looking forward to continually serving our community online.
