KETO :: For a Better You To share/exchange/discuss recipes and knowledge with others about this Way of Life – Keto. KETO is a different way of life and of eating to me – not a diet.

I am by no means an expert on KETO or a qualified nutritionist. I do however love and enjoy testing out Keto recipes. I am no cook and pick easy to make and simple recipes – if I can do it, so can you :-)

I started this Way of Life (WOL) on 3rd of March 2016 for a few reasons. Main reason was for health reasons. I am fortunate to not suffer from any ailments but diabetes and cancer are hereditary

in my family. This is my first step for prevention. Second reason was to lose some weight. For years my weight was stagnant between the 60-63kg mark. Today (11/5/16), I weigh 56.5kg. I am 1.5kg to my goal weight and then aim to focus on lowering my body fat. I am here to share what I have learnt about KETO through my personal experience and through research, learning from others and reading online.
