You can’t talk about Paris without talking about the Louvre Museum. ✨

I had seen this place hundreds of times in pictures, but standing in front of it was completely different. The architecture, the famous glass pyramid, the beautiful courtyards… honestly, even if you never stepped inside, walking around the Louvre is an experience on its own. 😍

But here’s the funny part…

Inside this MASSIVE museum is one of the world’s most famous paintings — the Mona Lisa 🖼️ — and when you finally see her in real life, you might be surprised by how small the painting actually is! 😂

The Louvre is enormous, though, and the Mona Lisa is only one tiny part of what makes it special. There is so much history and art inside that you could spend hours exploring.

Today I fought one of my biggest fears in the pool… and I WON. 🥹🏊‍♀️

For the first time, I swam without the board — on my front AND my back! 🙌

I was even practising my breathing… face in the water, bubbles out, face up for a breath, and back in again. Something that felt impossible a few classes ago suddenly started making sense.

Was I scared to let go of that board? VERY. 😂
But sometimes the only way to overcome fear is to stop holding onto the thing that makes you feel safe.

Day 7, and I’m genuinely so proud of myself. ❤️

At this rate, give me a few more classes and I might officially start calling myself a fish. 🐟😂

Small progress is still progress — and today felt HUGE. 💪✨
