Perimenopause hit me hard and herbal teas made me feel like myself again.

I didn’t know what was happening at first — the brain fog, debilitating fatigue, night sweats, and that constant bloated feeling… it felt like my body was no longer mine.
Add in anxiety and overwhelm, and even the smallest tasks felt like climbing a mountain. My mood, energy, and digestion were all out of sync.

I knew I was experiencing perimenopause, that time before menopause when our hormones — oestrogen and progesterone — go out of balance and symptoms start creeping in.

I wasn’t ready to go down the route of synthetic hormone therapy, so I turned to nature. 🌿

I started blending my own herbal teas, experimenting with medicinal herbs that support hormonal balance and women’s health. Slowly but surely, I noticed a shift. My mind felt clearer. My energy picked up. I felt lighter, calmer, more like me again.

That’s when Biatea was born — from one woman’s search for a natural, supportive solution to the challenges of perimenopause.
