A Weekend Women's Retreat

There is a place where movement meets spirit meets healing, and that is where we will spend our weekend together.

You know that feeling when a song comes on and your body just moves before your mind decides to. That is your body remembering something older than thought.

You do not need to know how to dance. You do not need to be good at anything. You just need to be willing to feel and let your body flow.

This is a weekend where you belong. Surrounded by women who understand what it feels like to miss someone, to feel disconnected, to be searching for something they cannot quite name yet.

I am Connie Rose, Voice for Spirit, hosting this weekend with Suzi from Healing Moods. We hold this space knowing exactly what healing costs and what it gives back.

Across the weekend there is movement, spirit connection, meditation, good food and time that is entirely your own. Everything is opt in. You move at the pace your body and spirit ask for.

Spirit readings and healings are available as an add on with both of us.

Bring a friend or come solo and make new ones. Xx

What a beautiful weekend at the Ultimate Girls Weekend 💕

My heart is so full of gratitude.

A huge thank you to the incredible Ultimate Girls Weekend team for creating such a beautiful, safe space for women to come together, connect, and simply be. The love and sense of community throughout the entire weekend was something really special, and I feel so grateful to have been part of it.

To every beautiful woman who opened her heart and allowed me the privilege of supporting her through healing, thank you. Your trust, vulnerability, and willingness to receive is something I never take for granted. It was an absolute honour to share healing sessions and Dancing with Spirit with you, and to witness so many beautiful moments of connection and transformation.

I hope you’ve all arrived home safely and are giving yourselves the time and space to gently integrate everything from the weekend. Thank you for allowing me to do what I love and for sharing this experience with me. My heart is so full!
