Ancient wisdom for modern wellbeing
Join experienced Ayurvedic Practitioner Stomy Jose and Vedic Meditation teacher Liliana Danovska for a welcoming afternoon exploring two complementary Vedic traditions that have supported health, balance and inner wellbeing for thousands of years.
Ayurveda is a natural preventative health system originating in India, known as the “Science of Life”, that takes a holistic approach to health.
Vedic Meditation is a gentle, effortless and highly effective technique that's much simpler to learn and practice than most other techniques.
Together, Ayurveda and Vedic Meditation offer practical, natural approaches to caring for both the body and mind - leading to more calm, happiness, better sleep, greater energy, and a deeper, more meaningful connection to life.
