Hi Everyone. Holidays and fun time over. As of this week schedule is back to normal. My belief and philosophy is to be "STRONG"
While working within individual needs and conditions my programs are geared to helping each client achieve a stronger body.

Older adults classes will re commence this week.
Locations : Uniting Church Hall Mt. Waverley, High Street Road.
Tuesday evenings 6.30pm- 7.30pm ... Thursday morning 11am -12. Morning Tea at the end of class every first Thursday of the month.

Burwood Neighbourhood house Church st Just before Burwood /Toorak Roads. Friday 11.30 am -12.30pm

Uniting Church Coatesville, cnr Mackie and North Roads East Bentleigh. Friday 1pm -2pm

I run an older adults group at my studio every Friday at 9.40am.

Older adults classes are for anyone over the age of 55years. The classes are designed to cover all the necessary components to train the older adult. This includes, warm up, balance----very important---co-ordination, strength, agility, cool down and flexibility.

Personal Training sessions at my studio or mobile at yours............ One-on-One or group comprising of 2/3. Limited sessions available.

Inspiration for Mon Aug 1st. " I am equal to everyone and better than none."

Mon 1st August beginning of a new week, as well as a new month.
I hope we have all enjoyed the wonderful weather we had this weekend, especially Sunday, which is a reminder of what is ahead of us.

Classes as follows
Wed 6.15 and 9.15am Step. Great Cardio workout equivalent to running @ 11km/hour without the impact.

Thurs 7pm Tabata combination of cardio and strength

Friday 6.15am/9.15am Strength. Strength is a vital component of training. It is the key element which prevents physical detoriation

Inspiration for the week beginning Mon 25th July
Everyday is another chance to get stronger, to eat better and to live healthier and to be the best version of you.

Mon 25th July, that makes it 5 months to Christmas!!!!!!!!!

Wed 6.15am/9.15am Step class. A very challenging routine this week.

Fri 6.15am/915am Strength. One move many muscles.

Thought for the week beginning Monday 18th July
You can break down a woman temporarily but a real woman will always pick up the pieces, rebuild herself and come back even stronger than ever.

We have experienced a very cold week last week,the last thing on some people's minds would be to get up and get out to exercise.
Looking forward the days are getting longer, the morning light happens just after 7am, with sunset about 6pm.Each day that passes is another day closer to Spring.!!

Wed 6.15am/9.15am Step and Bands. Combining cardio and strength.

Thursday 7pm Tabata

Friday 6/15am/91.5am We will continue with Strength applying the next Matrix principle.

Inspirational thought for this week. Mon 11th July;
An empty cup has plenty of room to accept a fresh pour of tea, but a full cup has no room for anything new.

Friday's strength class will focus on the matrix principle

We are technically past the shortest time of the year but the days are still short and cold so lets begin the week with some humour. My thought for the week.
"Always remember that if you fall I will pick you up right after I finish laughing"
Lets not get caught up in perfectionism, do what you know needs to be done and have a laugh along the way.

Classes Wed 6.15am 9.15am Step. This week the focus is lateral stepping, work the body in a different plane.

Thurs 7pm Tabata Interval training.

Friday 6.15am 9.15am Strength, This week the focus will be on functional moves but training the myofascial slings of the body. Sounds Interesting come along and find out.

Friday 6.15 and 9.15am Strength. This week we will be working one major muscle group at a time, training each group with three different exercises.
