Living with multiple sclerosis can mean that no two days feel exactly the same. Energy, mobility and abilities may change, and the right support should change with them.

At O&N Healthcare, our carers provide flexible, person-centred assistance shaped around each individual’s needs, preferences and goals. This may include support with daily routines, mobility, personal care and meal preparation, while encouraging the person to remain involved and independent.

Some days may require more assistance; other days, less. What matters is listening, adapting, and providing support that respects the person’s choices and capabilities.

Contact O+N Healthcare to discuss flexible support for you or your loved one.

Sometimes, the most meaningful support begins with simply making time to listen.

A familiar story, a shared memory, a conversation about a favourite hobby or even a quiet moment together can help someone feel seen, heard and valued.

During Loneliness Awareness Week, let us remember that genuine connection does not always require the perfect words. Sometimes, being fully present is enough.

What makes a conversation feel meaningful to you? Share your answer in the comments and help make room for connection.

At O&N Healthcare, companionship and meaningful connection are part of caring for the whole person.

Stroke does not always look dramatic, and common myths can delay urgent action.

Knowing the facts could help someone you love receive urgent care sooner. Share this post and help others recognise the signs.
