Monday motivation.
My biggest nervous system regulation dosnt just come from the breathwork..
But from music.
Music reaches places words often cannot.
It has the power to calm the nervous system, lift heavy emotions, and reconnect people back to themselves during moments of anxiety, stress, and depression.
Certain frequencies and sounds can shift energy within the body and brain, creating feelings of peace, release, connection, and hope.
An ADHD brain alone can find space to become calm with the sound of a deep bass beat. The fast, repetitive beats and build-ups of EDM (electric dance music) act as an anchor, allowing the mind to let go of anxious thoughts and enter a focused, relaxed flow state. Especially when you feel that beat travel through your body. Instant calm reset.
Adding movement to that gives us such an energy release.🫶🫶
