What foreign bodies have you removed from patients?

This sinker was lodged in the calf of a woman. After her hook got snagged on a tree, she pulled back so hard it released and the sinker whipped around and slammed itself into her calf. It tracked 2-3cm under the skin. When the family said a sinker was in her leg, I was like....you mean hook? No. Sinker. If I didn't pull it out I would not have believed it!
