Since Arlo’s made an appearance, we thought we would too.
Tegan & Jethro here 👋🏼 A couple of sauna-loving and nature-loving people with a shared love for health and the outdoors. Sauna just happens to bring the two together, so it felt like the perfect fit for us. We’re pretty excited to be tapping into sauna culture and exploring everything it has to offer. So, why do we sauna? Turns out, for pretty different reasons…

Mostly running around like a lost chook with 70 things on my mind. Not all bad though, because somewhere in the chaos I found my way to saunas. For someone who finds it hard to quiet the mind, sauna has become a bit of a meditative practice for me. A space to switch off and be present with myself and my surroundings.
Jethro or as I like to call him, Wood Management 🪵
I tend to hand ball most of the wood chopping off to him. Most… not all 😅 So naturally, he’s said he uses sauna for muscle recovery and general wellbeing. Presumably so he can chop wood for STOKED for many years to come ha! But really, it’s so he can stay active and keep doing all the fun activities he likes to do.
