What a dream it is to offer a space for the community to come together and share the practice of yoga. I feel so humbled. Reflecting on Guru Purnima yesterday, celebrating all the teachers who have appeared throughout my life, teachers of all kind, and the greatest teacher of all, life itself, all of the opportunities I have been gifted to learn and to move closer towards light and clarity. Closer to the hum of inner knowing that resides deep within, the inner well of fullness, wholeness, completeness, and abundance 🌕🤍

Yin yoga is an invitation to slow down, to soften the edges and come into the simplicity of simply being. Long-held passive shapes work deeply into the connective tissues – dissolving tension and cultivating stillness. Rooted in simplicity and surrender, meeting whatever arises with curiosity and care. Suitable for all levels. No yoga experience needed.

This is more than a nervous system reset, it’s a ritual that over time rewires the relationship between the body, the breath and the mind as we learn to practice presence with whatever is true in each moment.

My vision for Bhāva Yoga was to create a heartfelt space where people could come to soften, to find stillness and presence, and to be in community. A sacred space filled with small acts of devotion. A place where intention fills every corner of the room. A place to return, to come home to the self.

Bhāva, from the Sanskrit root bhū - becoming, being, existing, is the inner atmosphere from which all experience arises. Beyond the shapes, beyond how it looks, bhāva is the state of being that stirs from within, a homecoming, becoming and falling in love with who you really are.

Bhāva is a space where that atmosphere is held with care. Where the sacred isn’t separate from the ordinary. A place that asks nothing more of you than presence.
