Our gorgeous Mary walked into Hypoxi feeling somewhat defeated. Coming out of a very challenging marriage, high cortisol, frozen shoulder & weight gain just to add to how she was feeling.

Back by popular demand Katie has opened up another time for a nutrition evening🎉
Katie will be not only talking Hypoxi day on a plate she will deep dive what are proteins, carbs, fibre, fats & what a normal day looks like too. She will trouble shoot your questions around nutritional labels, what to look for when you shop & how to take the anxiety out of food shopping & food prep.
These sessions have been very successful, you don’t need to be a Hypoxi member to take something valuable home with you.

Early start this morning and your first client comes in with a headache, so what do we do?
We flip it up!
Turn the lights off & turn up the care factor.
What was beautiful about this was the next client came in loved it and was happy to keep it all low while she started her session in the HDC suit.

Sol is trying the L250 as part of her training here at Hypoxi Mitcham.
She is nice and comfortable peddling whilst lying down!!
