I'm getting back into routine this week
As the school year starts,
Holidays are done,

So forming good morning habits in the morning for yourself is important.

For myself,
To open my mind and create more flow,
I take advantage of the quiet mornings,
Slip downstairs to my mat
for a gentle stretch
& Sun Salutations

Then, sink into forming my daily Sankalpa,
Planting a positive seed in my mind
for what I want from the day,
It's a vow to myself to achieve in a set timeframe,
Helping with setting my mindset for the day.
Ending with Yoga Nidra..

Leaving me in a glowing, relaxed mood,
Setting the tone for the day
before I start the rest of my daily routine
& get on with my day
