Alanah is one of our superstar support workers and brings so much energy, creativity and heart to everything she does. She absolutely loves organising events, adding all those thoughtful finishing touches that make people feel special, and most of all... creating opportunities for fun!

Whether she’s planning an activity, decorating a space or making sure everyone feels included, Alanah has a knack for turning ordinary moments into memorable ones.

If your parent is on a Home Care Package — things have changed.

From November 2025, the Home Care Packages program was replaced by Support at Home. Same goal, new rules.

Here's what that means for families:

- More flexibility in how funding is used
- Clearer categories — Clinical Care, Independence Support, Everyday Living
- Quarterly budgets instead of annual packages
- You may need to review your current provider and service agreement
