Hi I'm Karren, I am a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker who is passionate about helping children and adults live more independent, confident, and fulfilling lives.

I provide person-centred support in home and community settings, focusing on creating a safe, respectful, and positive environment for every individual I work with. My goal is to build genuine relationships and support people to reach their personal goals, develop life skills, and stay connected with their community.

With experience supporting people of all ages, I assist with daily living, community access, social activities, emotional support, and building confidence in everyday life. I work closely with families and care teams to ensure consistent, reliable, and high-quality support.

As a parent of two boys, I bring patience, understanding, and a calm approach when supporting children and young people. I pride myself on being approachable, organised, and someone families can trust.

If you or someone you care for is looking for reliable and supportive assistance, feel free to reach out.

Daniel is a dedicated and compassionate 39-year-old Support Worker with nearly two years of experience in the disability sector. With relevant qualifications and hands-on experience supporting individuals in the community, he is committed to empowering people living with disability to build independence and confidence.
Daniel’s passion for helping others began in 2020 when he started volunteering at Morella Community Centre. He continues to volunteer there, contributing to men’s groups, community lunches, social activities, and inclusive programs for community engagement. Before entering the community services field, Daniel gained valuable experience working in hospitality, cleaning, and warehouse environments. These roles helped him develop a strong work ethic, reliability, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Daniel’s greatest strength is his natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He creates a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where individuals feel heard, and supported. Daniel is passionate, motivated, and driven to make a positive difference in the lives of those he supports, helping them achieve greater independence and live fulfilling lives.
