Flu vaccinations are available through your GP or local pharmacy, with many offering online bookings. Please note the Mount Gambier Medicare Urgent Care Clinic does not provide vaccinations.

If you are unsure about what is right for you, your GP can provide guidance.

As we head into winter, hand hygiene remains one of the simplest ways to help reduce the spread of illness.
Proper handwashing includes:
- Wet hands with running water
- Apply soap and lather well
- Rub for at least 20 seconds, including backs of hands, between fingers, and under nails
- Rinse thoroughly
- Dry completely using a clean towel or paper towel

On arrival, check in with our friendly reception team and complete some paperwork. A triage nurse will then assess your condition and prioritise care based on clinical urgency.
