There is something about leaving the usual pace..

Leaving the desk.
Leaving the familiar rhythm.
And entering a different kind of space.

The land.
The trees.
The quiet.
The Dome.

Because this retreat isn’t simply about stepping away from your practice. It’s about creating space to experience medicine differently.

Over four days, we’ll journey deeply into one substance through trituration, alongside intuitive practices, contemplation, systemic constellation work and embodiment.

We’ll explore what happens when we move beyond simply analysing or categorising a remedy, and begin to experience it through sensation, reflection, curiosity and relationship.

MEET THE MEDICINE will take place at The Dome in Mount Macedon, a setting chosen to support this experience and give us space to slow down, connect and explore.

Yes, it involves the grinding of a substance with lactose through successive stages.

But at MEET THE MEDICINE, we’re also interested in what happens when we slow the process right down.

Across the retreat, we’ll move through C1 to C5.
And rather than rushing through each stage, we’ll create space to notice.

What do you perceive?
What arises?
What changes?
What happens when you stay with one substance for longer than you normally would?

Sometimes, the most interesting things happen when we stop trying to get somewhere quickly.
