ATTENTION LONG POST AHEAD!!!!!

12 years ago I started a lil group fitness business in a small country town called Bindoon. It soon became a passion of mine and every time I pressed play on my speaker the music hit loud & disco lights bounced off the walls, the smiles on all the women’s faces inspired me to push even harder.
Fast forward to Class moving to Muchea Community hall and at its peak (pre COVID) I had 40+ ladies smiling, twerking and sweating up a storm. Monday nights soon became my happiest of nights. I have enjoyed every second, every dance move and every laughing till I cry moment…..
BUT as some of you may already know, the time has come for my wonderful family and I to move on & take on the next chapter of our lives.
We have sold our house and moving to the Perth hills very soon. So I have decided that in 4 WEEKS TIME (not just yet), I will be hanging up my Konga b***y shaking hat & retire from being a Konga Instructor.
I have learnt so much about not only myself over the years, but also about how all woman want is just time to let loose, support each other & do something small for themselves ♥️.
I will be forever grateful for this journey & forever inspired by each and everyone of you that have joined me at one time or another.
If you’re able to join me over the next 4 weeks please do so. I would love to see you all.
Count down begins….
