I’m halfway through the most incredible 6 session reflexology package with the amazing Trish at My Egypt. Already I’m feeling a remarkable improvement in my body, as well as a greatly uplifting energy reset.
For about a decade I haven’t been able to receive any form of massage for my extremely tight neck and shoulders due to painful muscle spasms that occur from time to time and had recently flared up quite intensely of late.
Trish’s reflexology sessions have managed to relax the muscles in my neck and shoulders more and more with each visit.
Trish’s treatments a far beyond the bodywork of Lomi Lomi massage. They are a deeply spiritual experience.
She is a highly intuitive healer and medium as well. So each session brings something different to the one before. She tuned into my body and understood where the initial emotional pain of my injury originally began. Sometimes the session begins with some inner child healing visualisations, sometimes it begins with a mini reading to help gain more understanding of the layers that have been held too tightly over the years, sometimes it begins with some beautifully grounding breath work.
Each session is different to the one before, and with the unravelling of the layers that have been held too tightly over the years through Trish’s magic hands and intuitive abilities I am feeling a profound positive shift happening in my body, my mood and my spirit.
