Here at BTF we can roll in the ‘depths’ to support people to ‘come up for air’, so if you have been feeling ‘numb’, ‘isolated’ or ‘frozen’ reach out, even if the phone is heavy. 💛💫

Come on out and join in at Range today at 10am and learn how to grow your own plants via propagation and cuttings, plants that you might not know are food, plants that heal, seedling garden snails and more!🌳And of course to spend some time relaxing in the forest enjoying morning tea and chat! ☕️🍰A fantastic group experience to help you regulate, recover and revive!!
