Hey there, wonderful community! Today, we want to take a moment to introduce you to the incredible individuals who form the heart and soul of Yaama STA. 🌼 We are more than just a business; we are a family and a team of passionate and dedicated individuals committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

Meet our husband and wife duo!

Tiffany: a dedicated and compassionate individual who is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Nursing. Tiffany brings with her a profound passion for providing exceptional care and support to those in need. Despite her young age, Tiffany has extensive experience working with those with disabilities and has experience with diabetes care and management, deteriorating health, vital signs management, wound management, nutritional intake and goals, personal cares, mental health including PTSD, anxiety and depression, medication management and more!
Tiffany also has experience working within the SLES categories of the NDIS and has a reverse background having worked with various age groups!

Ryan: a dedicated individual who has made a remarkable career change and is currently pursuing their Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Disability). Ryan brings a fresh perspective and a genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals within the disability community. With a deep-rooted commitment to learning and growth, Ryan embodies the true spirit of resilience and determination. His decision to transition into the field of individual support reflects their unwavering dedication to providing exceptional care and fostering a nurturing environment for those in need.

His unwavering strength, resilience, and the challenges he faced instilled within us a profound sense of empathy and a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals within the disability community.

Witnessing the obstacles and triumphs he encountered, we were deeply moved to establish a business that reflects his resilience and advocates for the needs of individuals within the disability community. His enduring spirit continues to guide our mission to provide compassionate and personalised care to those in need.

Through Yaama STA, we honor his memory by striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities, just as he has made an indelible mark on our lives. Hi Guys,

We are pleased to introduce to everyone Yaama STA. Yaama currently has passed the NDIS certification audit and is awaiting its NDIS registration but, is servicing self and plan managed participants.

Yaama is a business but please do not let this deter you. Yaama is a two person- husband and wife- team who aim to provide supports that help build confidence, maximise potential and allow participants to get the most out of life. Our approach is not a one size fits all approach, you are an individual, your aspirations and support requirements will differ to other individuals who we support. We will tailor our support services to meet your needs.

Ryan, was born in New Zealand and relocated to Australia when he was 10 and loves everything about the QLD lifestyle. His interests span across fishing, sport, video games, camping and adventures. Ryan attended the Australian Institute Trade College and has experience in trades that can build life skills such as basic plumbing, landscaping, construction and more. Ryan is currently offering studying his certificate 3 in individual support and was introduced to this industry by his father-in-law, an NDIS participant and chose to make the career change to be able to make a positive contribution to people's life. Ryan is currently offering services including: community access including participant hobbies, transportation, assistance with shopping, lawn and garden maintenance, assistance with meal preparation, developing of skills such as cooking or learning to garden and grow vegetables. Ryan has pretty flexible availability and is willing to travel.

Tiffany, is an Indigenous Australian and is currently undertaking her Bachelor of Nursing. Tiffany has lived experience through her father who was an NDIS participant, experience with children with challenging behaviours and experience with helping those with disabilities into employment. Tiffany's interest include: adventuring, animals and farms, sports, fishing, cooking and much more. Tiffany is currently offering the same services as Ryan plus, assistance with personal cares including showering, dressing and grooming, household cleaning and laundry and assistance with developing a resume and cover letter, roleplaying for interviews. Tiffany has limited availability but, please message us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
