We are so excited to announce that TSS will be running a Women's boxing for Fitness class at Avoca Dell Caravan Park! 🥊

This class has been created for women who want to get better quality of life, improve their fitness, build strength and confidence, and feel comfortable exercising in a safe and supportive environment.

You don't need boxing experience, and you don't need to feel "fit" before you begin.
Just come as you are, we will meet you where you're at 🫶🏻

10 women per class, so spaces will be limited.

We are very proud to be sponsoring the Launch for The Push-Up Challenge - Australia, at our local headspace Murray Bridge on June 3rd.

Between June 3rd - 26th, we’ll be completing 3307 pushups for the 3307 lives lost to su***de last year. We will also be accepting donations to go to our local headspace, which will be going towards putting our youth through courses at no expense to them. How incredible is that?!

Join us for a gold coin or QR code donation bbq, and either cheer on or join in on our first day of push ups.
