What does a Support Coordinator actually do? 🤔

Many NDIS participants are told they have Support Coordination in their plan, but it’s not always clearly explained.

A Support Coordinator does much more than simply “organise services.” We work alongside you to help you understand the NDIS, make sense of your plan, and build a support team that aligns with your individual goals.
