Our goal from day one is simple: get the right supports in place, keep things moving and take as much of the organising off your plate as possible.

What do I do next? Who do I contact? What reports do I need? Am I even doing this right?

At Macquarie Support Coordination, we’re always happy to have a chat with families who are currently navigating the NDIS application and assessment process.

We can help point you in the right direction, explain what may happen next, and help you understand the process so you feel a little more prepared along the way.

And if your child is approved for the NDIS, our team can support you to understand their plan, connect with therapists and providers, coordinate services and make sure their funding is being used towards the supports they need.

At Macquarie Support Coordination, we’re regional too. We live here, we were raised here, and we understand the realities of accessing services when you live rurally.

We understand that the closest therapist might be hours away. We understand outreach schedules, limited provider availability, long waitlists and the logistics involved in getting families to appointments outside their community.

We’re not a Support Coordination team sitting in a city trying to coordinate rural services from afar. We understand regional life because we live it too.

That local knowledge means we can look beyond the obvious options, use the connections we’ve built across our communities and help families find practical solutions that actually work when you live rurally.

Supporting your child through the NDIS can come with a lot of organising, emails, phone calls and follow-ups. That’s where we come in. 💙

Our aim is to take as much of the organising and back-and-forth off your plate as possible.

We liaise with therapists, providers, schools and the NDIS, coordinate appointments and supports, follow up on reports and referrals, keep an eye on funding, and make sure everyone involved is working towards the same goals.

You focus on your child and your family. We’ll help coordinate the rest.

That’s what Support Coordination should feel like. 🤍
