I am so happy to introduce Toni to you.

As you all know, my time to go home is nearly here, with only one week to go - needless to say how excited I am.

Toni recently looked after me with my shoulder bursitis. Her knowledge and skills are incredible, and she really listens to you and actually focuses on your ailments. Her kind, nurturing care and her willingness to really want to help are what make Toni so special.

Toni is a bachelor-qualified myotherapist with a strong focus on remedial massage. With 8 years of clinical experience and a background in acupuncture, she brings a unique perspective to her treatments. Her practice is results-focused, whether that be injury recovery, general aches and pains, or simply a much-needed de-stress. Nestled in idyllic Lower Beechmont, she works from home Wednesdays 2-5 and Fridays 10-5.

I would also like to mention Rebecca from Hands on Healing Bowen Therapy. I know it's not a massage treatment, but Bowen Therapy is very powerful in supporting your body's healing journey, and if you were ever curious about what it does and how it works and if it would be something that could help you, you are in the best hands with Rebecca. Toni and Rebecca both equally helped me so much, and I am grateful for their help.

Massage truely is one of the most wonderful ways to reconnect with yourself and thank your body,mind and soul
It might not always feel magical yet the benefits are definitely there,sometimes not as obvious than other times but believe me they are there on so many different levels.

Today Barbara popped in for a well deserved 2 hour full body massage

Beautiful Barbara has been my longest client
I have been looking after her since 2010 and Barbara always used to say to me, you are not allowed to ever move away, because she loves her massages so much.
Funny that , now it actually is Barbara that is leaving me behind and moving away😢
Luckily it is only to Redland Bay

I love this mantra ,

So I really wanted to share it with you as I came across it today, at a time where a lot of us are feeling the uncertainty, anxiety and fear in this our beautiful world.

It deeply resonated with me and I personally feel a massage treatment or a treatment of your choice or just a bit of self care, really can leave you feeling like everything is going to be ok, just like this mantra.

All is well
Everything is working out for my highest good
And out of this experience only good will come

We have no control of what is happening in the world but never underestimate the power of taking time for self care and spreading love and kindness.

A massage treatment is so much more than just treating physical ailments
It can be a journey to reconnecting your body ,mind,spirit and soul and that can be experienced truely special
I recently had a client who felt euphoric after the massage and to witness that was truely wonderful
Or clients feeling emotional all a priceless experience a sign of reconnecting and that a massage is so much more than just releasing muscle tension.

I love this time of the year the in between Christmas and New Year and the start of the new year ,when my beautiful clients arrive to their treatment in a very relaxed living in the moment state often not knowing what day it is😇their response to the treatment is often what I call magical and I find it very special and I am so happy to see that his time of the year has been a lot busier for me than it usually is and that a lot of my beautiful clients get to experience this special time for themselves.
There are a few spots available next week and I would love to see you for your own kind of magic, it really is a different kind of experience at this time of the year
