Thank you for embracing me as a therapist, it has been an amazing 7 months working with some very talented therapists and learning and developing myself further.
I have been lucky to help and work with some amazing people here in Newcastle and I feel it has set me up well for my next stage in life in Northern NSW around the Tweed Coast area.
Until I establish CoullHealth in a permanent clinic I will be available for home visits starting from 16th Oct (as permitted by DHHS guidelines, and my Covid Safe plan).

Completed and compliant, CoullHealth have just updated infection control knowlage for the COVID-19 virus.

Working as a Veterinary Nurse for 10+ years this has kept my knowledge on -Aseptic techniques &
-Infection control,
Current but it's important to be familiar with the different forms a virus can presents as, and follow the government guidelines on how to respond and prevent the spread.
CoullHealth has been working on joining the therapist at and will be treating from the clinic rooms shortly so stay tuned and watch this space for updates or contact us here.

Molly really loves her rehab and body management.

It's important for humans and animals to keep maintaining their body's health and movment especially after a surgery or injury. Molly comes in once a month for a tune up and to reassess her compensation patterns, exercise and at home program along with pain management, joint care and medication if needed.
Owners are encouraged to be hands-on with massage, given tips on managing their home environment l, bedding, exercise, brain health and proprioception.

Meet Louie,
A 3yrs old Alsatian who came to us with hindlimb lameness made worse by the extra weight he's carrying.

Weekly rehab, home, exercise and diet assesment progrm complimebted by a course of zydax injections, have been working wonders for Louie.
Week 3 shows a 4 kg weight lose and improved lambness.

We aim to get Louie from 60 kg down to 45 kg, from 45kg we can make an individual assesment on his ideal weight.

As with most alsatians unfortunately Louise has mild hip dysplasia more prominent on his right side.
Carrying the extra weight has put more pressure on these hips causing intermittent flare ups and lameness.
We aim to manage and support his hips with strengthening exercises at home management and education to give his beautiful owners the tools to mnage Louis long term.
Louie has taken the first few steps towards his new life.

As with humans there is always something we can do to improve musculoskeletal pain or weakness. don't leave your pets struggling on slippery floors, limping, or lagging behind, or battling away to keep up with walks.
Come in for an assessment it might be something so simple to keep your pet happy and healthy.

I am back to work in Australia.
After a kick start to 2019 and my own self care program in Thailand, I have picked up a few mew tricks and honed my skills working with a range of athletes and martial arts trainers and fighters.
