CompanionLink Support is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Support Worker to join our growing team in Maitland, NSW.

About the Role:
We are looking for a female support worker aged 24–32 years to provide quality support to participants within the community. This role offers flexible hours, with support required Monday to Friday for approximately 2–3 hours per day.

Essential Requirements:
✅ Qualifications in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, or related field, high complex behaviour and mental health
✅ Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
✅ Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✅ National Police Check
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their goals and live independently
