Dear Julie,

As you retire tomorrow, I find myself reflecting not only on your 24 years with Victoria’s, but on the working history we have shared since 1998.

You have been so much more than a colleague. You have been a steady presence, a trusted professional, a wise sounding board, and, in many ways, my rock within the clinic. Through all the changes, challenges, milestones, and growth over the years, your loyalty, calm judgement, integrity, and care have meant more to me than words can properly express.

Your contribution to Victoria’s has been extraordinary. You have brought skill, intelligence, kindness, and quiet strength to everything you have done. Our clients have been fortunate to have you, our team has been strengthened by you, and I have been deeply privileged to work beside you for so many years.

Thank you for your friendship, your professionalism, your humour, your dependability, and the countless ways you have supported both me and the clinic. Your place in Victoria’s story is significant and lasting.
