I feel honoured to watch the amazing transformations my clients are having.

Humbled to know they trust me with memories they have sometimes never shared with anyone else and carried alone since childhood.

Grateful they feel safe in my presence to revisit some of the worst moments of their lives. And courageously reprocess traumatic memories, with the help of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing - EMDR.

Inspired, knowing they can finally release the disturbance these experiences have caused, and move forward feeling much lighter.
