Your sign to slow down, reconnect, and do something for you this June đź’›
The Down South Wellness Weekender is almost here, and honestly… it’s going to be such a beautiful weekend.
Over three days in Dunsborough, you’ll have the opportunity to choose from a range of wellness experiences designed to support your mind, body, and soul - from movement and mindfulness to connection, recovery, sound healing, and so much more.
There’s no pressure to do everything.
No rigid retreat schedule.
Just space to choose what feels aligned for you.
I’ll be holding a deeply restorative sound healing journey on Friday evening, and I would absolutely love to share this experience with you.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burnt out, or simply craving time for yourself… maybe this is your invitation to pause.
Swipe through to explore the weekend itinerary and see what’s on offer.
