It's as easy as setting into the right routine with a workout program dedicated to you. Just heard from one of my old clients and this is what he had to say !
Hey mate just an update. Been flat out doing the program and morning having a diet shake lunch veg and chilli stir fry and same at night with small steak or chicken. Since the 18th april I lost 12.2kg. Thanks for the help mate
