When Mum passed away in 2009 I carried a heavy grief and depression for years.

At the time I felt l needed someone to know and understand exactly what I had been through caring for a loved one who had deteriorated from cancer and become paralysed.

I tried mainstream counselling and psychology but nothing was helping.

I was referred to a Holistic Counsellor and within one session I felt the heaviness of grief removed from my body. It was an “ah-ha” moment!

This is the reason why during the pandemic I chose to become a holistic counsellor because I could see the trauma impacting my clients and I wanted to help them shift their heaviness too.

It has been 29 days since Dad passed away and I feel a lightness I didn’t expect.

It doesn’t me I don’t cry or have moments of grief.

The first week after Dad passed away was honestly tough. I felt a depression I hadn’t felt before. However I was able to utilise my skills as a holistic counsellor, yoga teacher, psychic medium, reiki master, naturopath, flower essence practitioner and crystal healer to shift the energy.

I know that staying in a state of depression is not good for my physical, mental or emotional health and it can sway me from my purpose as to why I am here.

Dad revealed to me when I was giving him reiki in hospital that he will be my business spirit guide. We communicated telepathically because he was no longer able to wake up. A skill I am so grateful for as a psychic medium.

I am so grateful that Dad has visited me many times since he transitioned back to spirit.

Once we understand….

Death is not final.

The physical vessel, the body is.

Grief can shift.

💃✨🎙️📞🎶No it isn’t Tinnitus it is a “Oi,Pay attention” message from your spirit team ☎️🤙🪽

Has anyone else been experiencing usual ear antics, NON STOP ~
👉Ringing at “random” times ?
👉Itching feeling constantly ?
👉Muffled noises but no wax there ?
👉Echoing or Pressure on one side ?
👉Knowledge that just downloaded in?
👉High pitched frequencies that hurt ?

It is interesting that most spiritually minded people usually interpret repeating ear sensations like ringing, buzzing, pressure, or itching as a little:

“Oi. Pay attention.”
Not necessarily that “a spirit is literally talking into your ear,” but more offering you an awareness of….👋 Hi there ~
🤔 What were you thinking about then?
🧐 What were you feeling then?
🧐What were you suddenly aware of?

A sudden shift in frequency in one ear is a cue to 🌟stop and notice whatever thought, person, idea or feeling was present immediately beforehand🌟

Now, do I think every itchy ear is a cosmic conference call? Probably not. 😂 lol, but maybe this one is for you 🫵

I get it, Sometimes an itchy ear, is just an itchy bloody ear I guess, but when mine start, I stop and ask myself ~

📞What was I just thinking about?
📞What idea just appeared?
📞What was I feeling?
📞Who popped into my thoughts?
📞Was I feeling safe in that moment?
📞Was there something I previously dismissed?
