You don't have to have everything figured out to be proud of how far you've come.

You can still be healing.
Still learning.
Still figuring things out.

And still be incredibly proud of the woman you're becoming.

You don't have to wait until you're “finished” to see your own worth.

You are allowed to be a work in progress and a masterpiece at the same time.

What are you learning to be gentler with yourself about?

Sometimes the things that once helped us survive are the very things we eventually have to learn to let go of.

The walls.
The silence.
The constant need to be strong.
The habits we built because we needed them.

They may have protected us once.

But healing can mean recognising when you no longer need to live in survival mode.

You are allowed to become someone beyond what you had to do to survive.

What once helped you survive that you’re learning to let go of?

I was just a little girl.

I didn’t know yet how much life would ask of me.

I didn’t know how much I would have to survive, how many times I would have to find my way back to myself…

But I also didn’t know the woman I would become.

There are some things we carry as children that we never should have had to carry alone.

So when I became a mother, I wanted something different for my children. A childhood where they felt safe enough to speak, to be heard, and to know that their fears would never be a burden.

I couldn’t change what happened to me.

But I could change what came next.
