Olika Canberra, a medical weight loss and women's health centre, is a clear example of what holistic, patient-centred design enables when the brief goes beyond the build.
Olika's model is built on unhurried, comprehensive care, supporting patients at every stage of their health journey. Translating that into a physical environment meant designing every element through the lens of how it makes a patient feel - because the environment is part of the care.
From the curved reception desk and biophilic central planter to consultation rooms that feel calm rather than clinical, the outcome is a Japandi-inspired environment that supports clinical outcomes and reflects Olika's philosophy of care at every level.
