Having a break from our usual daily routines offers so much clarity on what we truly align with and what we are simply “tolerating” in order to get through life.

We often live our lives just existing or letting life happen rather than truly choosing what we desire.

This often comes from not feeling worthy to choose or not having the awareness that we have choices.

Working with clients again and having such an amazing grounding trip in the NT helps me to feel aligned in what truly makes me happy and energises me, and what drains me and takes more energy than it gives.

People, places and situations that suck the energy out of you are the clue to change.

Thank them, then make some choices.

Re-connecting to Mother Earth is the simplest way to connecting to your truth.

The trick is putting yourself first and allowing the space to do this.

In our fast paced lifestyles, being quiet enough to hear the whispers from within can be challenging, or worse still, hearing the whispers and not having the mental capacity to act and create change.

Sometimes when we are required to be around people who are not on our wave length, we can end up depleted of energy and patience.

This often brings out the worst in us.

This New Years Eve, I spent it for the first time in my life alone..

Did I feel alone?

Absolutely not. I spent it bike riding, gardening, soaking in the bath, meditating and truly thinking about what I am ready to say goodbye to and what I desire more of.

I bought in 2026 feeling more connected to myself and the people I love than ever before.

I have so much gratitude right now.

I made sure I stayed tuned in and aware of any stories in my head about loneliness or what the rest of the world might be doing with partners, friends, family and allowed myself to let these stories flow through while staying grounded to my truth.

Happy New Year everyone, may 2026 be the year of many firsts and many happy beginnings of the things that truly matter and bring you peace. 🙏

Live Life in Harmony will begin taking new appointments for February now. ❤️

Sometimes in life we need to let go of what is not for us in order to align to the things, places and people who do.

In other words “ move the heck away from bu****it and bu****it situations that won’t change, or try to take your truth and generally cause havoc to your peace and wellbeing”

Tonight’s meditation group showed up in their honest, messy and beautiful truth. I am blessed and grateful to be part of a group of humans who respect each other, dont try to outdo each other and who support each other in so many ways.

Such a true reminder of where I belong.

Meditation is so powerful and the beauty of it is we can all practice it any way we like.

It’s a little like physical movement or moving our bodies, some people call it exercise, some call it dance, some call it marathon and some call it Qigong.

Meditation is a persons own pathway to self. It is one’s ability to personal insight, peace, wholeness, oneness , spirit, balance or rest.

Who cares what you name it or how you practice, it’s only important to practice as regularly as you can for as long as you can in that moment.

Meditation is commencing again each Wednesday evening to see us out for 2025!

It has been a massive year and I know for me, I’m craving more time for me, more time for those who I love and more time to cherish the little things that bring so much joy and wonder to my life.

I crave safety and predictability during the coming months. This helps me to manage the busy days that the Christmas period brings.

We all know only too well what the silly season can bring, so taking extra measures to stay grounded and look after ourselves is essential.

I hope you are putting things in place too to look after yourself during this time. 🙏🧘‍♀️

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted.
Lately I have been so consumed by things that I have allowed to take up waaaasy too much room in my life.

These things are important, but they are not as important as the people that I love and cherish.

I am sorry for this. I am also grateful to have yet again realised how much energy I’ve given to things that can be replaced, over the things that can not.

Life is a constant juggle and unless we are paying attention, we can over look the people who matter, that includes ourselves.

I choose to redirect my energy from here onwards 🙏

They say "we teach what we most need to learn."
This is why my business name is " Live Life in Harmony" and why I created many classes with the tools to support people in doing so.

I am now bringing myself back to basics after a very busy start to 2025.

I think sometimes we feel that after we get this we don't need to practice the principles of this anymore. Or perhaps we forget?

I personally think it's like getting fit and expecting to stay fit without living mindfully, eating well and exercising.

I have found myself a little burnt out and a little unwell this week. Why? Because of all the reasons I talk about.

Too much of one thing and not enough balance in others.

I am grateful for the reminder and I will happily move back into balance and Harmony.

I think the difference is knowing HOW to move back into your own lane and back in the drivers seat.
