"If I could tell my 20-year-old self anything, it would be this: Stop worrying about what you look like. Your body is just a vessel, and within this vessel is a beautiful soul yearning to come out. Live life, experience joy, and don't worry so much about what others think.

It's okay to just be, to not constantly seek validation or try to impress. I wish I had taken the time to learn who I really was, to live authentically and discover my capabilities. I would have worn that dress, danced in that club, and rocked that bikini without looking back.

Now, as a holistic self-love coach, I'm here to guide you on a journey of self-discovery. It's never too late to embrace who you are, to live authentically, and to experience life fully. A couple of years ago I would never have posted this photo. Why you might ask?
To you, you might just see a girl in bikinis in front of a beautiful lake. What would I see?
I would see flat b***s, a chubby tummy, cellulite and probably think I'm pulling a weird face.

I was obsessed with my body, I was obsessed with what other people thought about my body. I was always looking to please others by being aesthetically pleasing, hurting myself in order to be perfect.

A few years ago I couldn't look at myself with the kinds of love and affection. Even though this is the same body that hiked me up a mountain for 4 hours straight, even though this rinse in this cold plunge natural pool was me gifting myself relief after such a strenuous hike. No even still it wouldn't be enough.

Here I am now posting these pictures normalizing my body loving my body, but how?

Working on the inside out was the greatest gift I gave myself. Learning why I felt this way. Learning how to accept myself and to feel love towards my body instead of anger and fear.

Understanding where these thoughts came from his key.

Self love can happen at any time, it's a long journey but with guidance and help. I was able to get through. Here I am now offering you the same guidance, the same help.
Holding your hand as you step into a new life.
Trying my best to be real and trying to lead by example.
